Everything You Need Is Already Inside of You

So often in life when we encounter an obstacle or are confronted with a tough decision, we look outside ourselves for answers. We call a friend, fire off an email to a colleague, or search Google.

Rarely do we ever trust ourselves to solve life’s most difficult questions. We don’t listen to our own wisdom and intuition. We don’t journey inward.

In this week’s video, I’m here to remind you that everything you need is already inside you.

You see, when you trust the wisdom, guidance, and love inside you everything changes. Sure, you may still call that friend or search Google, but you’ll use that information as just that––information. And you’ll weigh it against what your heart tells you and what your intuition shows you.

You’ll get so good at finding your own answers that when you feel like you might be drowning in an abyss, you’ll hear your soul whisper…

You are strong. You are smart. You are brave. And that, is everything you need to be.
