Nothing, and I mean nothing feels better than a good night’s sleep. And nothing, and I mean nothing, feels worse than an awful night’s sleep. Unless of course we’re talking about many awful nights of sleep.

When I was younger, sleeping was easy. I fell asleep quickly and I stayed asleep all night. I awoke refreshed. Rejuvenated. Ready to kick ass.

Over time (and probably with age) I started having trouble sleeping. I’d lay in bed tossing and turning and counting a lot of these.

Once I finally fell asleep, I’d anxiously awake at 3 a.m. and mentally roll through my to do list, or better yet, stay up and do this.

Apparently, I wasn’t alone. According to the National Sleep Foundation, forty million adults suffer from chronic sleep disorders. Sleep deprivation is a serious matter. It can cause a litany of negative effects, such as:

  • weight gain
  • lack of mental clarity
  • weakened immune system
  • depression
  • constipation
  • heart disease

Sure, sometimes we cheat our bodies out of a good night’s sleep. We stay up late having fun with friends or watching a movie, but did you know that getting as little as four to six hours of sleep in one night can cause a severe case of brain fog?

After months of sleep deprivation, I was running on fumes and needed to find my good night’s sleep again. Not one to use prescription drugs, I knew I didn’t want to find it in a bottle of Ambien.

So I went on a mission in search of my good night’s sleep. I went to holistic doctors and spiritual healers. I collected my spit in vials that I froze and mailed to a lab. I gave blood. I waited for results. I took natural supplements. I shut off the TV. I read books. I ate this. I didn’t eat that.

My head was spinning. I didn’t know what to use, take, or do that would simply give me back my good night’s sleep. And then I found Ameer Rosic’s Sleep Solution.

Ameer Rosic is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Diagnostic Practitioner, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and overall kick ass guy. What I love about Ameer’s Sleep Solution is that is is simple, easy to follow, holistic, and effective.

In his Sleep Solution, Ameer teaches you everything you need to know about getting your sleep cycle back on track and keeping it there. In his holistic approach, you’ll learn about:

  • safe, natural supplements that help you sleep;
  • the importance of nutrition to your sleep cycle; and
  • how environmental factors like artificial light and your cell phone negatively impact your sleep.

Ameer goes into simple, understandable detail about the effects of electromagnetic fields and the harsh impact they have on our sleep rhythm. It’s fascinating stuff that will change the way you look at sleep.

After using Ameer’s Sleep Solution for a few weeks, I was amazed how much my sleep improved. I fell asleep quickly, I enjoyed more REM sleep, and I wasn’t waking up at 3 a.m. worried about anything. I even dropped a couple of pounds without changing anything else. But best of all? I woke up refreshed and ready to kick ass.

Rewriting Your Sex Story

His eyes were as dark as night. That should’ve been my sign to run the other direction–the windows to his soul shut tight, forbidding the light to shine in or out–but instead, I ran straight toward this long-time bachelor with my arms (and legs) wide open and my eyes wide shut.  This wasn’t my first…
